feat: obtaining quest rewards

I checked the wiki and found only one reward that is missing in PE+. And that is “/Lotus/StoreItems/Types/Restoratives/HoverboardSummon” because it doesn't have a RewardType in the metadata

That's dont related to #938, because quest key ${questKeyUpdate[0].ItemType} not found - is error about missing quest key in inventory, not in that json

The Duviri Paradox Quest unlocking too early

Otherwise I don't know what would be causing it. I appreciate some research into it, so it can be fixed.
