The Duviri Paradox is meant to unlock after completing the Uranus Junction. As evidenced by the screenshot, I've not even completed Mercury Junction, let alone Uranus.

Otherwise I don't know what would be causing it. I appreciate some research into it, so it can be fixed.

It's wrong items in questCompletionRewards.json for vor's prize

Ah, is duviri not unlocked upon completion of vors prize anymore? Please someone verify that.
It was like this once.

No, it's a reward for the Uranus Junction. It's not been an early game quest for a long while. Since... July of last year, to be precise.
