you need to npm i again, after an update. so always update both with npm i and from git.
its included in the UPDATE AND START SERVER batch file
call npm i
call npm run build call…
the extraction bug is still present for me but the earth-to-venus junction's mission objectives might be a one time thing.

@warrior999999 This seems entirely unrelated to this issue. the quest key is given as a reward for completing Jupiter - Europa Junction, i thought its related to junction rewards.
honestly its better if its removed from skip tutorial because restarting the game skips the extraction bug and lets you carry on with the quest
