Downloading the latest 0.11.3 DLL file for Bootstrapper-Setup will cause the game to fail to log in normally. Only the 0.11.2 version can be used for logging in, while SpaceNinjaServer is the latest version. Many people are also facing this issue.

Please follow the guide at https://openwf.io/guide. You need to set up SpaceNinjaServer, which is free and open-source software, to use OpenWF.
