Requirements to not be marked as a "noobie" is at least mr 2, and vor's prize completed afaik. I'm mr 26, and have all the quests and missions marked as done yet I'm still chat banned.
It's also telling me to complete vor's prize despite it being completed, which could be part of it

Since you opened this issue on this repo, can you just confirm that /custom/getAccountInfo indeed returns "CompletedVorsPrize": false for your account?
