WebUI: Change innate damage percentage

Would you also like a foundry tab in the WebUI so you can start and claim recipes? The point is not to replicate existing functionality & UI but just to supplement it.

In this case we can go well beyond what the game itself allows you to do. I'm not sure the same could be said about the elemental bonus.

Unlikely to be something worth adding given that the next update will introduce a way to change the elemental on lich weapons in-game.

Worth nothing that ExportAbilities has grown a bit since, as it now includes e.g. World on Fire, Super Jump, and Undertow.
