I'm guessing this is related to #1442 because I also don't see anything in this request that would indicate some items need to be removed. Is there maybe something in the EE.log like requirement…

Sedna Arena: Wrong amount of Judgement Points given + none get consumed when entering mission

The 4500 is probably due to the purchaseQuantity of them being 450, so you were given that 10 times.

I'm unsure about them not being consumed because I don't see anything immediately relevant…
