When exiting the Kaithe customization, the game gets stuck on that page (I have only tested this in Teshin's Cave).

After defeating the Orowyrm and Kullervo, I did not receive Pathos Clamps and Kullervo's Bane. Opening the chest that appears after defeating the Orowyrm only granted Decrees and Intrinsics (I only tested this in The Duviri Experience, so I'm unsure about other modes. Also, although I haven't tested it, I suspect Enigma Gyrum might also not be acquired correctly).
