temp fix for completeAllQuests: you won't be able to start a new quest with the config option enabled.
This will be changed in the future by making the feature an account based web-ui option.

closes #856 #855

Walkthrough

The pull request introduces changes across three files: inventoryController.ts, missionInventoryUpdateController.ts, and inventoryTypes.ts. In the inventoryController, a new line initializes the ActiveQuest property to an empty string. The missionInventoryUpdateController adds a return statement to immediately exit the function when a mission status is not successful.

The most significant modifications occur in the inventoryTypes.ts file, where several interface properties are updated. The changes involve converting property types to Types.ObjectId, modifying the TrainingDate type from IMongoDate to Date, and reintroducing the ActiveQuest property to the IInventoryClient interface. These alterations suggest a refactoring of type definitions to simplify and standardize the data model for inventory-related entities.
