Sort of a spin-off of #1103

2 main issues: No alert logic, enabling them as is doesn´t give a reward nor marks them as completed.
And I can´t find a worldstate dump for the 2024 ones.

Well, afaik, you just need to add the rewards to MissionRewards and track it in the inventory's CompletedAlerts.

We should also add "Gift of the Lotus" alerts maybe. So that the user can launch in WebUI some of these again. Maybe a Gift of the Lotus dropdown menu in WebUI, where you can see which alert (node, faction, level, mission type, mission tile, etc.) and maybe also when it started on Live initially (to differentiate all these Gift of the Lotus alerts easier)? Obviously finding & getting all to work may be impossible, but at least having a good amount of them would be cool
