Reason: Some people may prefer having a particular cheat active, some others may not.

For example one person might want Unlock All Captura Scenes, but another person may not want that on their own account.

It is something I definitely thought about before, and would definitely be useful for the unlock alls, but I think maybe just making the cheats directly commit to inventory would be more appropriate.
