This has came up Coda and Kuva nemesis (haven't tested with Corpus), and appears to prevent them from registering.

After leaving a mission where you obtained a nemesis, it will properly do the animation and show its name. However it cannot be found anywhere after the animation. This includes after restarting the game, as well as fully restarting the server.
