Rising Tide: Cannot open the repair menu at the Dry Dock #1599

Possibly the issue from #1474?

During Rising Tide, the first stage is crafting the Railjack Cephalon in the Foundry, the second stage is installing them in the dry dock, the third is returning to the orbiter, the fourth is launching a mission to recover the fusselage from mars, the fifth stage is installing the fusselage on the Railjack, and the sixth stage is repairing the fusselage.

This last part cannot be done, as the game is incapable of opening the menu, and remaining in the Dry Dock causes an endless amount of GuildTech requests.

It appears to be that Mode: 'Personal' could be the culprit, as the GuildTech interface only accepts Mode: 'Guild'?

It's the console right in the middle of the Dry Dock, not the Railjack Research or Railjack Configuration terminals on the right branch of the dock. It's only active during the Rising Tide quest, as far as I'm aware. Clearing Rising Tide from the active quest makes the requests stop happening while at the Dojo, too.
