Oh, I know the issue.

Because Second Dream does not end correctly and QuestCompletionItems.json isn't filled, you never get the Rising Tide email, which means you never get the Cephalon Cy blueprint, so you can never get Rising Tide going.

Either that or they're saying they can't find the Railjack Dock in the Dojo construction menu (as that's the only "central hub" I can think of related to Railjack), but I'm pretty certain it's just a shitty google translate of "don't have the Cephalon blueprint".

Because Second Dream does not end correctly and QuestCompletionItems.json isn't filled, you never get the Rising Tide email, which means you never get the Cephalon Cy blueprint, so you can never get Rising Tide going. Either that or they're saying they can't find the Railjack Dock in the Dojo construction menu (as that's the only "central hub" I can think of related to Railjack), but I'm pretty certain it's just a shitty google translate of "don't have the Cephalon blueprint".

This isn't necessarily an SNS problem. You cannot see the blueprint in your foundry if you already own a crewship, possibly also if you already crafted it.

Can you just take a screenshot of whatever it is you should be seeing? Cause I have no idea what is supposed to be missing.
