Nothing lich-related in the missionInventoryUpdate, so I'm guessing it's just the node tag being cross-referenced with the InfNodes.

For infested liches specifically, HenchmenKilled seems to be an int between 0 and 100, tracking the disinfection progress. Every 1999 mission completion seems to add 5 to it.
