In order for the stalker to show in your arsenal, it has to have a respective "store item". This patch replaces the store item for base excalibur with one for the stalker.

In order to "own" the stalker, you still need to add it to your inventory, which can be done by opening up the "inventories" collection in MongoDB Compass, finding your "Suits" array, and changing the `ItemType` of one of your warframes to `/Lotus/Powersuits/Stalker/Stalker`.
