Regarding removed translation support #9

I saw that it was recently removed. I would have worked on the German translation of the site in the next weeks after I am mostly done with testing random stuff in SNS. I think @hxedcl was also about to work on the Spanish translation of the site. If we don't return translation support, then I suppose the de.json file could be removed, as it doesn't serve a purpose anymore then.

Well, the translation system made the source code quite ugly, and during the 40-ish days it was there, nothing happened to get it past a prototype state. Not to mention that I mostly see Chinese and Russian users, who would not be served by a German or Spanish translation, and manage to use everything just fine.
