Not sure if related, but purchasing Veiled Riven Cipher here doesn't seem to be doing anything.

Seems like the p=1 indicates purchase with platinum as it's p=0 when you already own a riven cipher. I think it's related in some sense, as you would get an unveiled riven when the challenge is completed.
