You are supposed to gain XP for building certain rooms for the first time + completing research, which is currently not handled.

Until proper handling can be figured out, is there any way to make the game think the clan is a certain rank? Turns out that there's at least one research locked behind a clan rank: Ignis Wraith, requiring a Rank 10 clan.
