For some reason, Transference isn't working in Iron Wake, so you can't visit Palladino to check her shop. I have not the slightest idea what the issue could be, as there's nothing in the logs about it.

Not a bug. I can't use transferrence in Iron Wake on Official, but I can talk to Palladino.

I know you need to use Transferrence in Iron Wake during Chains of Harrow to speak with Palladino about Rell, with the Kavat growling until you do, though I can't remember if the door is closed by default or not (it is for Quill Onkko if you aren't in Operator mode).

Regardless, if transferrence isn't needed for this particular door, it's still closed and thus bugged, though the reason why still eludes me. Maybe some issue with quest keys?
