Despite #418 having been marked as fixed, Simaris still forgets you've talked to him whenever the server is closed.

While the SyndicateSacrifice.php endpoint does correctly get called:

You neither receive the Sanctuary Initiation Kit nor does your status as part of Symaris' group get saved.
