Mission should have leveled up Exalted Blade to Rank 9:

Instead it remains Unranked:

The request IS sent in the console, at least, and there doesn't appear to be any errors:

But it's not saved in the Database:

I think this is kind of the same issue as #372. Same with K-Drive iirc.
