I am supposed to have gotten a Lith R5 relic:

But it neither shows up in the Mission Results:

Nor is it actually rewarded and on the relic screen:

I am going to go ahead and assume that, given the problems with Spy and Sabotage Caches, that any rewards that roll on multiple Rotations like Defense, the aforementioned Spy/Sabotage Caches, and likely Acolyte/Sister of Parvos Arcanes, don't actually work.

Survival does work, though, guessing because it "drops" it into your game?
