Warframe Version 8 .3 Weapon and Warframe Loadout is not save #3042

Bug happened when you change your weapon from Mk1-Braton to another like Braton Vandal.
after mission or relog in the Arsenal are the weapons back to the starter Loadout, mods and orokin stuff is saved. exp to the used weapon is saved too

warframe version 8.3 2013.07.04.20.17

server up to date. logs are not showing any error

proir is set for me to minor
