[BUG] Game Becomes Unresponsive When Opening Options Menu or Nightwave After Returning to Dry Dock/Dojo from a Proxima Star Region Mission #2993

Using client version 39.1.3, travel to any planetary node in the "Proxima Star Region" to complete a mission (regardless of completion status), then return to the "Dry Dock" or "Dojo." Upon pressing the "ESC" key to open the "Options Menu" or "Nightwave" interface, the game freezes and becomes unresponsive, requiring a forced client restart. The current server version is updated to #2988. Attached are a video demonstration of the operation and the EE.log file.
