To have all of these available in clan vault in advance when clicking such button, for decoration purposes, because adding every of these manually is too repetitive. Preferably also 999999x, just like Ship Decorations quantity?

Technically, but we have the exact same IIRC for Inventory Ship Decorations: Bulk Add & Add Item inputbox for the category. Therefore thought this should be done the same way here. Also the user has immediately a very big list of stuff available, for building anything they want but aren't sure which personal decorations to use yet. So it is probably better to have both available for convenience & consistency
