Noticed this issue a couple of times before. Tends to happen if you wanna turn on/off all account cheats quickly, that it creates a delay and also automatically reverts stuff (that it starts turning stuff on or off on it's own) that you selected, which is a little annoying.

You might wanna debloat your inventory or invest in a faster CPU. For me, the request finishes in 20ms. How is it taking up to 500ms for you?

I'm just gonna say this is a wontfix because it's not worth the effort to sync the stuff here better just for the people who want everything and don't have a PC that can deal with that.

Don't think the CPU is the issue here. It's a 10400F with maxed Power limits (incl. RAM running as fast as the memory controller can handle and low latency). Turning a single thing on/off takes only a few ms. It just starts getting weird if I try turning a bunch of different things on/off quickly
