While unlocking all researches does give most clan XP, there's few rooms & decorations that also give XP and those stay to the clan permanently (even after deletion). So instead of building all the things just to gain the XP, having a button that gives the rest of the XP may be convenient to have.

Unrelated but kinda not unrelated. It may also be convenient to have a button to do the same for the things that don´t get automatically added to your inventory with the add warframe, weapons, etc buttons (necramechs, beasts and modular stuff). Currently not having them ranked locks you out of the L5 Mastery Rank test, you have to add all of those manually, including modulars which is tedious. Let me know if I should create another issue.
