After enabling the "Unlock All Simaris Research Entries" option in the cheat menu and setting it to locked/enabled, I entered the Simaris research interface in the relay, but the research entries remained locked. Multiple attempts to re-enter the relay or restart the game did not unlock the research. (When the "Unlock All Simaris Research Entries" option is locked/enabled in the cheat menu, refreshing the page causes the locked state to be lost.)

That is very unfortunate. It's gonna be a wontfix for now because it's slated to be removed anyway. Modify config.json manually.
