The event "Thermal Fractures" does not appear on the Star Chart navigation map. #2721

When the event "Thermal Fractures" is set to "Normal" status in the website backend cheater, it appears normally on the starship navigation panel (Figure 1). However, the mission cannot actually be located on the Star Chart navigation map (Figures 2 and 3). Attempting to refresh by entering a Relay did not resolve the issue. Figure 4 shows the current status of the event in the backend cheater. (When the cheater status is set to "Enabled", the event is displayed normally on the mission map and in the event mission list.)

It seems the issue here is that the event is listed because the event is slated to start today in 2 hours, but it's not the sortie rollover time yet, so it's not active yet. I guess an easy fix would be holding off on adding it to worldState until the activation is actually reached, but I'm curious why it's related to sortie time at all. cc @AMelonInsideLemon

I thought the game knew what is Activation. As for relation activation time to sortie, on live it is linked to this time. Attaching a file with data from warframe-worldstate-history.
