Upon completing the Isolation Vault Tier 1 mission in Cambion Drift (with all conditions met),
the mission completion prompt and reward screen are properly displayed, and Isolation Vault Tier 2 is successfully unlocked.
However, when completing the Isolation Vault Tier 2 mission,
the game fails to trigger the completion prompt and does not unlock Isolation Vault Tier 3.

Figure 2: All mission objectives successfully completed.
Figure 3: Exiting the mission area fails to trigger mission completion.
Figure 4: The mission remains stuck at "Isolation Vault Tier 2 incomplete," preventing the acquisition of new Isolation Vault bounties.
Figure 5: Isolation Vault Tier 3 remains locked despite meeting all Tier 2 completion requirements.
Could you provide the relevant logs from the server?
