Some of the Tactical Alerts, such as Proxy Rebellion, have multiple reward sets that can be chosen. However, completing one set prevents any other set from being obtained, because the mission is already marked as completed and such cannot trigger the one-time reward again, despite being a completely different reward from what was previously obtained.
