Cyte-09, Temple. Protea, Vauban, Ember, Garuda and Titania have prexes in those Höllvania and Kronia relay that don't appear in the emulator.

i can actually vouch for this. i never had cytes or temples prex card appear despite having him mastered. I already had the other cards prior so I cant say anything about those. i assumed its a client bug though

All warframes mastered, also tried disabling the all decorations cheat and giving and taking away prex cards through the webui.
