The entire PR (#2478) is seriously messy I think. Even the strings are inconsistent, use the incorrect terms, lack any numbers and percentage values in the description, have duplicates, etc. I can fix all the strings later if necessary, but certainly the invigoration feature should not be available on weapons in WebUI (it doesn't seem to have an effect in-game either).

Maybe could've left a comment on the PR when it was still open, but yeah, this guy is clearly a noobie programmer. Make a follow-up PR or whatever.
