You can use Ctrl+C, Alt+F4 or just cut power from PC - pick anything you want. This is for ISSUES or FEATURE REQUESTS, not for stupid questions, we have discord for that.

If the game is not running and making requests that would require a change on the database, there is no possibility of data loss.

I don't even get why you'd want that, aside that the server instance is single threaded and there's no way of sending "commands" (aside that this would be entirely pointless in practice) to that cmd window
