Eh, yeah, considered it, but given that there's no start date and no end date, it's a bit... meh. Then again, it should be a similar situation to Galleon of Ghouls.

Sure, let me just invent time travel so I can figure out the end date (when the user will disable the option again).

The inbox system contains event messages, those were meant for this kind of double exp event and stuff.
They are uncoupled to potential "events", since there is no event system currently.
Could add some event system to the WebUI, that just adds an event message for a time.
