Skip Simaris First Time Dialogue & Eudico Narmer Dialogue #2305

Each of them takes like a minute or so to finish. Even though activating cheats and everything, they still have their long one-time dialogue once.

For Simaris its the "I will join the hunt" dialogue stuff, which gives in the end the "Sanctuary Initiation Kit" (it gives a 25x Synthesis Scanner & 10x Kinetic Siphon Trap), which would need to be given to the player too when skipping it.

The Eudico dialogue obviously doesn't give any items. Not sure if there might be more NPCs with annoying long dialogues that aren't covered here.

We already have skipAllDialogues, feel free to amend the JSON as needed and PR it.
