While it should never be functional (the discount itself), idk if it would make sense to add it as Daily Tribute reward. Afterall, almost nobody ever purchases platinum, and getting on Live that discount is (for almost everyone) equal to getting no proper reward at all.

Also at least years ago, it felt like getting that as login reward (especially higher percentage) felt more common, if you didnt login for several days or weeks especially.
