I'm looking at past Live Sortie data and so far I cannot find a Sortie that has twice "Enemy Elemental Enhancement" (any) per same Sortie. Same story with Physical Enhancement. The current Sortie for example has twice Elemental, which might be inaccurate.

Having Physical and Elemental Enhancement once per Sortie seems intended, but having twice Physical or twice Elemental may not. Different story with other stuff like having twice "Pistol Only", that seems intended on Live.
