My first guess would have been Circuit, but it shows that what they played was Lith on Earth, which is a Defense mission. So I have... absolutely no idea what they're talking about.

The decree fragments and wave completed are effectively the same as completing a random bounty in Duviri proper, rewarding a decree and random Duviri resources.
The extraction is more important, however, as each stage completed in the same run rewards more progress for the weekly rewards capping at stage 5+, going 100/110/125/145(plus additional 50 once a day)/170. So whether it uses defenseTargetCount or rewardQualifications for denoting number of stages completed is important, because we need to iterate through it to give the correct amount of progress, however that is stored.
