WebUI: Quests - Once Awake stage inconsistency #2040

When forcing Stage 1/7 in WebUI, you get the intended "Investigate the Bio Weapon" mission.
However when forcing 2/7, it stays "Investigate the Bio Weapon" apparently.

When going back to stage 1/7 and manually finishing the Spy msision, you do get the intended "Exterminate an Infestation" mission as 2/7 next, but when forcing it from WebUI, it picks the first mission as second mission, in Star Chart.

Additional, when forcing stage 0/7 while quest is active, the quest gets into a non-functional state it seems (though can be easy fixed manually, just another small thing I noticed)
