It seems on Live that it appears only after the quest is finished + loading into a mission and leaving it. Same goes to I think to Nightwave stuff. That also starts to show up only after the quest is done.

I think it works in SNS properly. My bad. I guess last time when I checked in SNS (few days ago) the same thing, my config changes weren't applied properly at the time, despite saving & restarting server at the time🤦🏻‍♂️
