Kela Assassination Sortie using wrong planet & node #1918

Just the Sortie that I was talking about earlier (before the issue might get lost). Kela being on Ceres for whatever reason, instead of Sedna. Also its using a non-Assassination node, which IIRC isn't right either. Assassination Sortie missions use the Assassination node of the planet, and not other nodes for that.
