"Referral" feature but without the need for URLs #1808

https://www.warframe.com/referral is a thing, but using URLs for this in something like a localhost Server, obviously doesn't fit well. So, to "mostly replicate this" but without using any links, I was thinking that a user could generate a special ID in WebUI, and this ID could be given to another user to paste & redeem it, in order to be considered "recruited" and the benefits apply (minus the platinum stuff, for obvious reasons).

Just an idea for "replicating" this dumb feature without the need for URLs. I find it stupid too, that there's referrals at all on Live, but here we are.
