Finishing all quests manually one by one works, but the button to do it on all at once doesn't work.

Also worth noting that I gave myself some Railjack stuff before doing the quest + buying Itzal Archwing, before giving & marking the related quests as finished. No clue if any of that caused issues or if the functionality itself is broken.
