Plexus is what determines mod capacity for the Railjack. If the affinity grind can be skipped for weapons, frames, and even intrinsics, it makes sense that the Plexus should also have an option for maxing out.

Idk, but it does give a bit of mastery. Other item categories like K-Drives, Amps, are present on WebUI but Plexus itself isn't. If Plexus itself isn't worth it's own "category" on WebUI, alternatively maybe it gets maxed when clicking on something like "Max Rank All Weapons" (though I don't think that fits)?
