  • Open Decorations tab in Orbiter
  • Use something like "Display - Arc", place it and then "Edit Decoration Contents"
  • Do changes like swapping image, change filter, adjust offsets, etc.
  • Changes get lost when coming back to Orbiter (from mission) and image gets reset to default
