In the Emulator's Tenno Lab, if you search for Archwing, you receive the following results:

This list is missing the Archwing Launcher Segment, necessary to both obtain the Archwing Launcher blueprint, as well as to be able to craft said Archwing Launcher:

A cursory glance at ExportRecipes from the Public Export is making me thing the data for the Archwing Launcher Segment blueprint is just... missing completely??

I hadn't even realized it was missing until I finally crafted Itzal and went to see how you got the Archwing Launcher, which just put me on this rabbit hole and greatly confused me, because the blueprint isn't in the WebUI either, only the Segment itself.

That's strange. The research list is entirely client side, or so I thought.

I generally always thought it's server side to some extent. Already because some clans could have years ago the exclusive Ignis Wraith Blueprint research (only Hardcore Tier clans from Pacifism Defect event got it) in their Dojo, while all other Dojos don't.

This is from 7 months ago. I cannot find ANYTHING in the patch notes that would imply the removal of the Archwing Launcher Segment recipe from the Tenno Lab, since the Market only lets you buy the entire thing directly for 175 platinum.

Even so, the blueprint has to be somewhere, as it cannot be obtained without platinum currently in the emulator. I have the feeling the recipe is hidden if you've already crafted the segment, for... some reason?

There is no recipe for this. As far as I can tell, this item is given to you via the inbox on completion of the archwing quest.
