Could be done by the DLL I guess. It's probably not a good idea, if an uninformed user crashes and then they submit the crash logs to DE. I would assume that they go to DE because the crash reporter is its own independent executable.

I know. Idea was just to prevent sus logs ever reaching to DE, if the DLL was taking care of it.

Right... but we don't have a repo for opening up issues related to the DLL...
