WebUI: Have a number limit for "Add Items" to reduce the risk of over/underflowing #1430

Oh, because I had that few weeks ago with Kuva, before you could input a negative number on WebUI. At that time I had to purposefully overflow it (because I gave myself accidentally too much and was in negative), until I had a low amount of Kuva again. Still, my concern is/was, that a user may not even be aware of the concept of over/underflowing and resulting into confusion, when they give themselves too much stuff
